MEET OUR DONKEYS
Nansi
Nansi is almost six years old and best friends with Rosie. She is very headstrong and cheeky, which has earned her the nickname 'Naughty Nansi!'
Bess
Bess, our smallest and oldest donkey, hails from Texas – yee-haw! She has a very sweet temperament, and her best friend is Blodwen.
Rosie
Rosie is considered by many to be our prettiest donkey. She loves fuss and having her photograph taken at every opportunity.
Blodwen
Blodwen is twelve years old and has a gentle nature. She is the undisputed boss of the stable but she can be shy around people.
Polly
Polly, who is eight years old, is serene and steady. She enjoys walking alongside smaller children and has grown very close to Annie.
Annie
Unlike our miniature Mediterranean donkeys, Annie is a standard-sized donkey. She loves meeting people here and at local shows.
Tilly
Despite being our youngest donkey, Tilly is very confident and leads most of the walks. She has a cheeky and inquisitive personality!

DougalD
Dougald is our only boy and can be quite mischievous! At twelve years old, Dougal can be a little grumpy at times, but he loves going out on walks.

An absolutely fantastic experience; I cannot recommend it enough. I've been going through a lot mentally and also lost my brother to cancer. My wife knew that I loved donkeys and booked a surprise visit. Everyone's so friendly and welcoming. The donkeys are lovely. I just want to take them home! For me, the experience is better than any pills!

My husband and I had a meet-and-greet experience some time ago when my husband was going through some rough times mentally. As a huge lover of donkeys, the visit was the perfect therapy. We were greeted with the warmest welcome, and from the lovely donkeys too! They are simply adorable, and I would highly recommend any experience chosen to spend time with these beautiful creatures.

Everything was well organised, and the donkeys are obviously very well looked after. We walked Blodwen and Bess; not the keenest of walkers but very keen to stop and eat dandelions along the way! We did the long walk and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Great views from the top and a very peaceful activity if you like to get away from the crowds.
